Wide Range of Competitive Grant Proposals Written by AES That Have Been Funded, Securing Millions of Dollars for School Districts
Principal Officers Elaine Rosales and David Kikoler have been successfully writing grant proposals for over twenty years. They lead AES proposal writing teams that customize grants for each client making them highly competitive and insuring that they meet the needs of the district, the schools, their teachers and all of their students. Since its founding in 1996, AES written grants have provided continuous streams of funding for, as examples, the New York City Department of Education (Magnet Schools Assistance Program, Smaller Learning Communities Program, Title VII Bilingual Education Program, Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Program, Even Start Program), New Haven Connecticut (Magnet Schools Assistance Program, Voluntary Public School Choice Program, Smaller Learning Communities Program, Title VII Bilingual Education Program), and Springfield Massachusetts (Magnet Schools Assistance Program, Title VII Bilingual Education Program, Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Program). Many other districts have benefited from AES written grants or from AES grant technical assistance.
